Fashion Designer Phillip Lim Set to Release Shoe Collection

Phillip Lim became a huge presence in the fashion industry almost overnight, with his collection being worn and modeled by such celebrities as Kate Hudson, Kate Bosworth, Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley, David Neville, Amanda Brooks, Debra Messing, Camilla Belle, and more! His 3.1 Phillip Lim Fall 2009 Shoe Collection is set to release later this month, with styles he described to be "classic with a sense of madness." Jimmy Choo for H&M

Jimmy Choo, the high-fashion and high-priced luxury brand is partnering with Swedish fashion retailer H&M to provide a "sophisticated, fashion forward, accessible and glamorous collection - the perfect party pieces to buy now and then wear out that night!" promises Tamara Mellon, Jimmy Choo's founder and chief executive.

Becoming the first accessories designer to collaborate with Hennes&Mauritz AB, Jimmy Choo's collection will launch in 200 H&M stores on November 14, 2009. Featuring clothes that are designed to match the accessories rather than the other way around, Choo's line will be sure to please those looking to highlight their glamorous heels.

Prices on men's and women's shoes will range from $55-138 - a tremendous deal considering that most Choos retail for over $500. This new line is going to be a hit for shoppers looking for high-fashion and affordability!
