The Behance Network is an incredible website for creative professionals to showcase their artwork and collaborate on projects. Doing a little browsing on the internet, I found an artist on the Behance Network, Lysandre Follet, who designed a pretty nice conceptual shoe for Nike last year. These shoes are designed to be simple, sleek, and lightweight - just my kind of shoe!

Michael Jackson's first Moonwalk was watched by the world in a 1983 Billie Jean performance - leaving everyone enthralled with both the pop icon's dance move and ensemble. The outfit worn by him included one white glove, glittery socks, and black penny loafers, all of which became a part of his trademark appearance. These low leather shoes are shoelace-free, with broad, flat heels and a moccasin construction. Comfortable and casual, yet still formal and fashionable, penny loafers were a major part of the king of pop's regular wardrobe.
